Yea I found out the hard way the casting is weak. Anyway, being pissed at the thought of buying another expensive tentioner, I decided on trying a couple of things and found this to work: With the tensioner off the car I utilied a 4" C-clamp to compress the hydrogen cylinder then took some string wrapped it around the body about 4 times and tied it to hold it compressed when I removed the C-clamp. After installing the belt and getting the slack out I just untied the string. Wah-la!
